Terms & Conditions — ah77 Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related ah77 policies, rules, and promotional communications:

• "ah77" or "the Platform" — refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at ah77.im, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and associated services.
• "User," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ah77 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the ah77 registration process and KYC verification.
• "Real Money Balance" — the sum of verified deposits and winnings held in your ah77 account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Balance" — funds credited to your account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to wagering conditions before becoming withdrawable.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by ah77 to comply with anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee; the primary transactional currency of the ah77 platform for users in Pakistan.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or other market available on the ah77 platform.
• "Services" — the full range of gaming, betting, payment, account, and customer support services offered by ah77.

Access to and use of ah77 is conditional upon meeting the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ah77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all gaming and betting activities on the platform.
• You are accessing ah77 voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only. You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously had an ah77 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You understand and accept that online gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list administered by ah77 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• The funds you intend to deposit are from a legitimate personal source and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Registration Process

To register an account with ah77, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

ah77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered ah77 account. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods at the same device or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. ah77 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

You must notify ah77 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. ah77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or failed to notify us in a timely manner.

Account Closure

ah77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or upon receipt of a valid court order or regulatory instruction. In circumstances of voluntary account closure, you may request the closure of your ah77 account at any time by contacting our support team.

ah77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the ah77 platform are processed in PKR.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ah77 Real Money Balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. ah77 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method and are published in the cashier section of the platform.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where the primary account holder is not you, or anonymous payment sources are strictly prohibited and will be subject to refund and account review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made by users who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within one to three business days, subject to the completion of any required security checks. ah77 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been noted.

Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, ah77 will arrange an alternative method following account verification. ah77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

ah77 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible games, and expiry periods vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• ah77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses claimed through multiple accounts, via third-party bonus abuse services, or through any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotion terms constitute abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• ah77 may impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings derived from bonus play. Applicable limits will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.

All bets and wagers placed on ah77 are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable to that product, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules.

Sports Betting

ah77's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international Tests, T20Is, and ODIs), as well as other sports and esports markets. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance, except in cases of manifest error.

ah77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the event has been subject to irregular activity, or where the bet was accepted after the official start of the event in circumstances where in-play betting was not offered for that market.

Casino & Slots

All casino games and slots on ah77 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. ah77 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the ability to influence individual game results.

Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during live play, the outcome of a game round that was already in progress will be determined by the platform's server record, which is the definitive record of play. ah77 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the user's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ah77 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker variants to gain an advantage over the house or other users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are voidable at ah77's discretion.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials to fund your ah77 account.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds already deposited and wagered. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in the permanent closure of your account.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ah77 staff or other users through any communication channel.

ah77 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial or personal hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ah77 users directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts or enforced log-outs after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period without being able to continue without a cooling-off period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours up to 6 weeks) while retaining the ability to re-open it after the period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ah77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of ah77.

The ah77 name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ah77. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ah77. All other names, logos, and marks appearing on the platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah77, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

ah77's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ah77 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

ah77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering and using ah77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ah77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or by the terms of our gaming licence. All data processing is conducted in compliance with applicable international data protection standards.

ah77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ah77 will notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the ah77 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 above. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ah77's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact ah77's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ah77 undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ah77 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
